Position Overview

As a Senior Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and seamless transition for new and current clients, helping them navigate our services and providing the necessary support to establish a strong foundation for their financial journey with us. This role requires a combination of strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of financial products and services.

• Client Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documents and information are collected and processed accurately.

• Product and Service Education: Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base to serve as a resource for clients seeking information about our offerings.

• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all client accounts and documentation comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Relationship Building: Act as a point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration; an LLB or any other qualification in a related field (professional certifications such as STEP, CISI, ICA, or CAMS will be an advantage).

• 5-8 years of experience in a regulated financial institution: offshore management, financial services, asset management, investment advisory or private banking.

• Good understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance and willingness to learn more about finance.

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks is a must (such as FIAMLA, FCC Act, AML/CFT legislations, Sanctions Act, FATCA & CRS).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.

• Strong professional oral and written english is mandatory.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

• Prior experience in an international or multi-jurisdictional environment is preferred.
