Position Title: Senior Administrative Manager
(Secret Security Clearance)
Position Location: Washington DC
Description: Liberty is seeking a Senior Administrative Manager for our government client in the Washington DC Metro Area.
Requirements and Responsibilities: Shows proficient skills associated with an Administrative Manager. Performs complex tasks independently and completes assigned tasks on time to a high standard. Provides guidance and oversight to others at junior and mid experience levels. Coordinate and support services to organizations. Manage the services that allow organizations to operate efficiently, such as secretarial and reception, administration, payroll, conference planning and travel, information and data processing, mail, materials scheduling and distribution, printing and reproduction, records management, telecommunications management, security, parking, and personal property procurement, supply, and disposal. Implement procedures to improve productivity and customer service. In addition, may acquire, distribute, and store supplies, dispose of surplus property or oversee the disposal of unclaimed property. Responsible for coordinating the physical workplace with the people and work.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: Minimum ten (10) years of related experience
