Senior Administrative and Client Relations Manager
Whencut Goddamn, a premium wearable art fashion brand dedicated to creating exquisite, handcrafted apparel, seeks a dynamic Senior Administrative and Client Relations Manager.
You will oversee daily operations, manage high-level client relationships, and lead our team to deliver exceptional service and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operational Management
* Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business functions.
* Manage office facilities and vendor relationships for cost-effective services.
* Coordinate logistics for product sourcing, deliveries, and orders.
Client Relations
* Serve as the primary contact for high-end clients, ensuring personalised service.
* Resolve complex client issues and foster long-term relationships.
* Represent the brand at industry events, pop-ups, and client-facing activities.
Team Leadership
* Supervise and mentor junior staff, including designers and interns, to build a collaborative team.
* Monitor performance, provide feedback, and support professional development.
* Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
Communication and Reporting
* Maintain regular communication with the founder, providing operational and client updates.
* Prepare daily reports, meeting minutes, and strategic recommendations.
* Ensure prompt, professional responses to emails, social media, and client inquiries.
Financial Administration
* Manage billing, invoicing, and expense tracking for accurate financial records.
* Oversee financial aspects of vendor and partner agreements and collaborations.
Compliance and Risk Management
* Enforce company policies to maintain compliance and a safe workplace.
* Identify and mitigate operational risks proactively.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Fashion Management, Fashion Communication, Business Administration or related field.
* 3 - 5 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in Fashion or Luxury sectors.
* Proven expertise in client relations and team leadership.
* Exceptional organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and attention to detail with the ability to multitask with ease.
* Technologically proficient, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
* Must utilise digital scheduling, reporting, and communication tools to support daily operations and enhance efficiency.
* Should be able to use general AI and technology tools to streamline administrative tasks and improve client interactions in a fast-paced environment.
