We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Ad Operations Manager to join our Japan team.


As a Senior Ad Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing publishers and optimizing their online video activity through our video player technology. Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional results for our publishers while ensuring seamless integration and effective monetization of their video content.


What You’ll Do:


  • Publisher Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, acting as their main point of contact for all ad operations-related matters.
  • Video Player Implementation: Oversee the successful implementation of our video player technology on publisher websites, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Optimization and Performance: Monitor and analyze video performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to maximize revenue and viewer engagement.
  • Ad Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop and execute effective ad campaigns, ensuring alignment with publisher goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Proactively address any technical issues related to the video player, ad serving, or other ad operations components, providing timely and efficient resolutions to maintain publisher satisfaction.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate regular reports and provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) to publishers and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the online video advertising space, and apply that knowledge to enhance publisher monetization strategies.\


What will I bring?


  • One year experience in the digital media and advertising technology industries
  • Must have understanding and experience in publisher operations and/or demand side platforms (both buy and sell side businesses).
  • Strong understanding of video ad serving technologies, programmatic advertising, and video player integrations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional project management abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams and build strong relationships with publishers.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and achieving revenue objectives.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
