Ascension Search Partners is partnered with a tech-driven company to find a Senior Accounting Manager to lead a high-impact accounting team. In this role, you’ll oversee both domestic and international teams, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and play a key role in month-end close, audits, and strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of onshore and offshore accountants
• Manage the monthly close process and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Oversee key controls, audits, and compliance with US GAAP
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows
• Collaborate across departments to support business initiatives and reporting needs

What We’re Looking For:

• CPA with 7+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in public accounting (Big 4 or large firm preferred)
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and attention to detail
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Blackline, or similar systems is a plus
