Job Title: Senior Accountant

We're looking for a results-driven Senior Accountant to help turn financial data into insights that drive strategic decisions.
What You'll Do:

• 
  Lead monthly internal financial reporting
• 
  Analyze budget vs. actuals and explain key variances
• 
  Turn data into digestible stories for leadership
• 
  Provide financial transparency to department heads
• 
  Build custom reports and KPI dashboards
• 
  Forecast results based on operational changes
• 
  Automate and streamline accounting processes
• 
  Maintain and analyze large data sets
• 
  Meet key deadlines for executive and investor reporting
• 
  Support annual budget development and department planning
• 
  Identify cost-saving and efficiency opportunities
• 
  Prepare presentations for C-Suite and external stakeholders
• 
  Deliver ad-hoc financial analysis as needed
  

What You Bring:

• 
  Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 
  2+ years in accounting or audit; CPA or working toward it preferred
• 
  Strong Excel and accounting software skills
• 
  Excellent communicator with attention to detail
• 
  Able to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines
• 
  Onsite availability Monday-Friday
