2X is seeking a Senior Accountant for Accounts Payable reporting directly to the Director of Finance Shared Service Center in Manila. This position is responsible for vendor relationships, invoice and payment workflows, and manage critical financial records and process improvements, while ensuring compliance with the Company’s policies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in optimizing the Purchase to Pay (P2P) end-to-end process, collaborating with global teams to foster a culture of excellence and shaping the accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversea the end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
• Ensure timely and accurate onboarding of new vendors and maintain relationship with vendors, addressing issues and inquiries.
• Provide invoice and payment analyses related to fixed assets and prepayments accounts to inform accurate accounting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Partner with procurement, finance, and operations teams across regions to ensure smooth P2P operations and align policies and procedures.
• Continuously improve workflows, leveraging automation and best practices to achieve industry-leading efficiency.
• Supervise and mentor an accounts payable accountant, providing guidance and support.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with expertise in fixed asset and P2P management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
