The Senior Account Manager on Made by Google social is a client facing role, leading both client and internal partners through small, medium and large sized social creative development.
The senior account manager understands the function of each internal role and helps clarify objectives, identify challenges, and guides the work strategically on behalf of the client. This role should demonstrate an understanding of the client’s business (objectives, risks, and strategies) and its marketing goals, and apply that understanding to guide successful projects and identify incremental opportunities for the agency.
In this role, you will specifically be responsible for leading social content development projects for a high-profile tech client (Made by Google) and acting as day-to-day support on larger projects. Previous experience with organic and paid social media is important as well as keeping up with social trends, best practices, platforms and publishing systems.
What you'll do:
Work effectively with a variety of internal disciplines and teams
Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
Solutions driven and ability operate in a fast paced, flexible and empathetic manner with clients and internal team
Participates in key client meetings including status, leads internal kickoffs and help inform scope management
Partners with project management to ensure operational excellence across assigned projects and deliverables
Partners with strategy to understand and grow knowledge of client's business, competition, industry and social media channel best practices
Serves as day-to-day client contact on assigned projects, with supervision from manager, as needed
Leads team understanding of client’s business goals/objectives relative to projects.
Identifies new and inventive ways to contribute to and grow client business including change orders and/or incremental ideas that are out of scope
