Nextdot, a creative-first digital marketing agency that specializes in Healthcare Content Marketing, Digital Strategy, and Video Production, is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing team!

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage & Grow Relationships with 7–8 key clients across healthcare, D2C, and lifestyle sectors.
• Be the primary point of contact for client communications, strategy discussions, and execution follow-ups.
• Work closely with internal teams (designers, content creators, strategists) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Pitch new ideas, campaigns, and creative directions proactively to grow client accounts.
• Lead client meetings, presentations, and brainstorming sessions — both virtually and in person.
• Own the account: Ensure client satisfaction, business retention, and revenue growth.

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Have 2–3+ years of experience in a digital/creative agency managing mid to large-sized accounts.
• Come with strong general knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Advertising, and Creative Ideation.
• Are a confident communicator who can present ideas clearly and drive discussions with key stakeholders.
• Are known for being highly organised, dependable, and a go-getter who gets things done.
• Are comfortable meeting clients regularly and managing expectations with professionalism and clarity.
• Love working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that thrives on fresh ideas and ownership.
