* The starting base compensation for this position is $50,282 to $64,165 annually. The base pay range shown is a guideline for compensation and ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.

We are looking for someone who will
* Provide in-house customer service to our employee benefit clients
* Oversee new client set-up, renewals and open enrollment
* Assist in marketing new and renewal business.
* Check new and renewal policies for accuracy.
* Coordinate agency compliance with HIPPA high tech
* Act as a backup for our Sales Executives with clients and carriers as needed
* Develop and maintain a positive relationship with each insurance carrier to satisfy our clients' needs and facilitate the processing of business.
* Maintain electronic files and daily correspondence in our agency management system
* Perform special projects as needed
Do you have what it takes?
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in group benefits account management
* Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Strong time management skills and attention to detail
* Strong technical aptitude and experience with MS Office products
* Must possess an active Life and Health license
