We are seeking a Senior Account Manager with strong strategic thinking, campaign management, and client relationship skills to lead integrated communications for a key banking client. This role requires a keen understanding of the financial industry, exceptional coordination abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality, insight-driven work. You will be central to client growth and creative excellence, helping drive both short-term results and long-term brand value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the banking client's business model, objectives, and audience segments to deliver relevant and effective communication strategies.
  • Partner with strategy, creative, media, and production teams to ensure seamless end-to-end campaign delivery.
  • Translate client briefs into clear and actionable internal tasks, ensuring strategic alignment and efficient execution.
  • Provide sharp feedback and contribute to shaping creative solutions that are grounded in business insights and customer behavior.
  • Lead the day-to-day management of projects and timelines across ATL, digital, and social media channels.
  • Ensure exceptional client servicing, building relationships based on trust, reliability, and added value.
  • Support and collaborate with Account Directors on larger strategic opportunities, including pitches and business development.
  • Mentor junior team members, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuous development.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, the banking/financial landscape, and consumer expectations in Qatar.
  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively recommend optimizations.
  • Partner with Producers and Project Managers to deliver fully integrated campaigns on time and within scope.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 4-6 years of experience in client servicing or account management within an agency, ideally with exposure to banking, fintech, or other regulated sectors.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of digital, social, and offline communication channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a problem-solving, proactive approach.
  • Experience with research and market insights is a plus.
  • Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering measurable results.
