Role: Senior Account Manager


Nimblebot is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our growing Middle East presence. Based in Riyadh, you’ll be the strategic bridge between our clients and creative teams, managing relationships, guiding projects, and ensuring our work not only meets but exceeds expectations.


This role requires someone who thrives in a creative environment, speaks the language of both clients and creatives, and understands the nuances of the Middle Eastern market. You’ll be responsible for managing projects end-to-end, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering high-impact creative work that moves the needle.


What You’ll Do:


  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients in Saudi Arabia and the wider MENA region, building trust and ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
  • Understand client goals and creative ambitions, translating them into actionable plans and inspiring briefs.
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of creative projects — from kickoff through concept, production, and delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (designers, strategists, copywriters, and developers) to ensure work is aligned, on-brand, and high-quality.
  • Craft and present compelling creative proposals, decks, and timelines, guiding clients through the creative process with clarity and confidence.
  • Proactively manage project budgets, schedules, and resources, balancing scope and speed without compromising quality.
  • Navigate and manage feedback loops, revisions, and approvals with ease — keeping everyone aligned and energized.
  • Stay ahead of cultural, creative, and business trends in the region to help shape our work and approach.
  • Identify and nurture growth opportunities, including up-selling and cross-selling services in a way that feels organic and valuable.
  • Mentor junior account or project managers when needed, contributing to a collaborative, empowered team culture.


What You Bring:


  • 6–10 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management at a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • Proven track record managing brand, content, or marketing campaigns from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a big plus.
  • Deep understanding of the Saudi and wider Gulf market, with sensitivity to cultural nuances and audience preferences.
  • A keen eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to contribute creatively and strategically.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Collaborative spirit with the confidence to lead and the humility to listen.
  • Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and Keynote/PPT/GoogleSlide.
