The Senior Account Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project execution, and ensuring the successful delivery of marketing and advertising campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
1-Client Relationship Management:
•Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining strong and professional relationships.

2-Project & Campaign Management:
•Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns.
•Coordinate with creative, content, media, and social teams to ensure seamless execution.
•Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure efficiency.
3-Strategic Planning & Growth:
•Develop strategic marketing plans in collaboration with internal teams to support client objectives.
•Identify opportunities for additional agency services and propose value-added solutions.
•Assist in pitching new ideas and initiatives to grow client accounts.
4-Performance Tracking & Reporting:
•Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and analytics tools.
•Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on progress, insights, and optimizations.
•Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements for future campaigns.
5-Financial & Budget Oversight:
•Manage account budgets, ensuring campaigns remain within financial constraints.
•Assist in pricing, contracts, and proposals for new and existing projects.
6-Internal Coordination & Communication:
•Serve as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication.
•Organize and lead meetings, briefings, and brainstorming sessions.
•Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, deadlines, and expectations.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital or creative agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
