We're Hiring: Senior Account Manager at 360UP

360UP is expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Account Manager with proven experience in leading clients and managing complex advertising campaigns.

This role is for someone with a strong strategic mindset, deep understanding of the advertising world, and the ability to operate independently while leading both clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage key client accounts in the advertising and branding space
  • Oversee the full campaign lifecycle - from brief to execution and delivery
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and long-term relationships
  • Manage internal workflows across creative, strategy, studio, digital and media teams
  • Translate client needs into sharp briefs and actionable plans
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Requirements

  • At least 3–4 years of experience as an Account Manager in a creative or advertising agency — mandatory
  • Demonstrated success in managing branding and advertising projects end-to-end
  • High-level organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strategic thinking, client-oriented mindset, and attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Experience with ClickUp or other project management tools - an advantage

This is a full-time role, based in Tel Aviv, with flexibility for the right candidate.
