Senior Account Executive, Membership Services

San Diego FC (San Diego FC) is the newest member of the MLS family. As part of the unique Right to Dream model and the Sycuan Tribe’s deep roots, we are proud to be building a San Diego-centric soccer organization that honors our history and celebrates emerging excellence.

SDFC is seeking a dynamic and empathetic professional to join our team as a Senior Account Executive, Membership Services. This individual will be responsible for managing a high-value portfolio within our general reserve membership base and will serve as a key leader and role model among peers. The ideal candidate brings infectious energy, builds strong relationships with ease, and thrives in fast-paced, solution-driven environments. This role plays a vital part in supporting SDFC’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and quality throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships within a strategic book of business
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual performance goals
• Provide leadership and mentorship within the member services team
• Navigate challenging client interactions with professionalism and solution-oriented thinking
• Maintain accurate records and activity in the CRM system
• Represent the organization during home matches, member events, and other key functions
• Communicate with members through phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and select holidays as required
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience managing an account renewal cycle
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire peers
• Proficient in CRM tools and client relationship management
