Summary

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive / Director of Sales – Men’s to lead the growth of our Men’s division. This individual will be responsible for opening new accounts, managing and expanding existing relationships, and delivering results through a combination of sales strategy and merchandising acumen.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in Men’s apparel sales, with a proven track record of success in the off-price and club channels (e.g., Burlington, Ross, TJ Maxx, Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s). This person must have a strong merchandising and sales background, with the ability to analyze market trends and translate them into revenue-generating strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of the Men’s division by identifying and developing new retail partnerships across off-price, club, and value channels.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by presenting tailored programs, building strong relationships, and maximizing in-season and future opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal merchandising and design teams to build market-right assortments for each retail partner.
  • Lead line presentations, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and manage product lifecycles in partnership with operations and sourcing.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize assortments and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure smooth execution from order placement through delivery, coordinating with production and logistics teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure account needs are met while achieving company sales and margin goals.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Men’s apparel sales with a strong focus on the off-price and club retail channels.
  • Proven experience in opening new accounts and building long-term retail relationships.
  • Strong merchandising background—must understand product development, line architecture, pricing, and trend execution.
  • Existing relationships with accounts such as Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s, Burlington, Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and other off-price/value retailers.
  • Entrepreneurial, results-driven, and highly motivated with strong follow-through.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/PLM systems.

Salary $150,000 + Commission
