Senate Marketing is looking for a Graphic Designer & Content Creator

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 1-3 years of agency experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects. You should have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks

• Develop and execute creative concepts for various digital and print projects, including marketing materials, social media graphics, advertisements, and website content.


• Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations and align with brand guidelines.


• Produce high-quality graphics and visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects.


• Create and edit video content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms.


• Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the highest quality standards.


• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance project outcomes.


• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve your skills and bring fresh ideas to the table.Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working as a Graphic Designer in an agency setting.


• 2 years of experience of Content Creation on Social Media.


• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Blender and After Effects is a must.


• Strong portfolio demonstrating your creativity, design skills, and attention to detail.


• Excellent understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.


• Experience in creating both static and dynamic visual content, including videos and animations.


• Ability to take direction and feedback constructively while also being able to work independently.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.


• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
