We're growing our team and looking for a Semi-Senior Software Engineer to help us build tools that turn outdated insurance workflows into delightful, automated experiences. If you're excited about building meaningful tech in a fast-paced startup environment — we’d love to meet you.

What you'll be doing

• Build and scale data-driven applications that power customer segmentation, marketing automation, and sales tools across the Foliume platform.
• Contribute to backend and frontend development using technologies like Python, TypeScript, Supabase, and Remix.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — AI engineers, product leads, and UX designers — to bring new features to life.
• Review code, lead by example, and mentor junior developers as we scale.
• Drive architectural decisions and continuously improve code quality, performance, and scalability.

Who you are

• 2–4 years of experience building and shipping web applications.
• Strong knowledge of Python and/or TypeScript, with solid foundations in object-oriented design and database architecture.
• Comfortable working across the full software development lifecycle — from concept to deployment.
• Bonus: experience with machine learning, data science or Supabase.
• You can communicate technical concepts clearly and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
• Working English (reading/writing) is required.
