Job Purpose
The Seed Office Coordinator is responsible for serving as a liaison between the seed office and production functions in order to ensure seed order fulfillment process is executed successfully according to specifications. This Coordinator is also responsible for performing accurate and timely data entry in NAV system as required.
Essential Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between the seed office and production to ensure order fulfillment process is executed according to customer specifications.
- Manage overage adjustments by communicating with Sales, Production and Shipping Coordinator.
- Work with Seed Office Supervisor and ensure Navision and physical inventory coincide.
- Plan, group and dispatch work orders to be seeded.
- Enter seed consumptions in Navision system accurately and in a timely basis.
- Manage germination trials with indicated personnel.
- Coordinate Seed Transfers to specific locations
- Research any discrepancies related to seeding fulfillment process.
- Receive seed in Navision and assign reference numbers accordingly.
- Prepare Seed according to what the Customer asks for.
- Generate seed inventory reports when appropriate.
- Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

Requirements
High school or GED required, AA in Business or related field preferred
2+ years of related experienced required
Microsoft Office intermediate level required (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel)
Bilingual, English & Spanish required
Must be able to read and create reports for different departments
Physical Activities

Compensation: $18.00-$21.00
- The compensation range for this role is determined by factors such as location and required skills.
