Summary
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data models on the Azure platform.
Build and optimize Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes using tools and services within the Azure ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Databricks and PySpark.
Develop and implement robust data warehousing solutions leveraging Azure Synapse Analytics.
Apply your expertise in Data Analytics to support the creation of insightful reports and dashboards.
Utilize your strong knowledge of various Azure services and tools relevant to data engineering.
Work extensively with both SQL and NoSQL databases within the Azure environment.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, ensuring data quality and integrity.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Azure data technologies and best :
Mandatory experience in Databricks and PySpark.
Good experience in Azure Synapse Analytics.
Proven skills in Data Engineering and Data Modeling.
Hands-on experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes.
Expertise in Data Warehousing and Data Analytics concepts and implementation.
Strong knowledge of Azure services and tools relevant to data engineering.
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Data Skills :
Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Apache Airflow).
Knowledge of data governance and data security best practices in Azure.
Experience with stream processing technologies in Azure (e.g., Azure Event Hub, Azure Stream Analytics).
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
Azure Data Engineer certifications.
