Type of Requisition: Regular Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: None Clearance Level Must Be Able to Obtain: None Public Trust/Other Required: None Job Family: Training Job Qualifications: Skills: Customer Training, Leadership, People Management, Security Trainings, Virtual Training Certifications: None Experience: 5 + years of related experience US Citizenship Required: No Job Description: Position Responsibilities: The candidate will primarily report to the customer site located at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) at Glynco, Ga and occasionally work from a remote home office as well as travel to domestic customer sites (up to 25%). The candidate must provide a suitably furnished, securable home office with reliable, high-speed internet connectivity, a printer, a scanner, and a mobile phone. The company and/or customer will furnish a suitable laptop. The candidate is responsible for all incurred home office expenses. Security Training & Integration Analysts must: * Provide instructor-led platform and virtual training to new TSOs at the TSA academy. * Have experience in facilitating in a virtual teaching environment. * Coordinate logistics for instructional events including scheduling classes, reserving classrooms, preparing workstations, and making travel arrangements. * Assist with course documentation updates on a regular basis to maintain current relevance. * Review and provide feedback on training materials. * Apply unique skills, knowledge, insight, and expertise to solve complex problems. * Take direction from assigned project managers as required. * Maintain high levels of self-motivation, demonstrate reliability at a consistent level of job performance. * Successfully complete all company and customer training courses as required. * Participate in special projects as required. * Ensure security of physical and intellectual assets. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Instructional Systems technology, education, or related discipline. (8 years of experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree). Qualifications: * Specific experience in security training design, development, or delivery. Minimum of 6 years of training experience. (A Master's degree can be substituted for 2 years of training experience). Requirements: * The candidate must demonstrate proficiencies in the following areas of expertise: * Technology/Equipment Training including all associated policies, procedures and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)Training. * Critical Thinking Skills, Conflict Resolution, Class Leadership, Teambuilding and Classroom Presentation Skills Special Requirements: * This position is contingent upon the award of the new task order and the candidate's receipt of TSA Sensitive Security Information (SSI) suitability. (https://www.tsa.gov/for-industry/sensitive-security-information) * Applicants must cooperate with company and customer security personnel in a timely manner to apply for customer vetting. * The candidate must obtain TSA SSI suitability prior to employment and maintain suitability status throughout the duration of the contract to continue employment. * To qualify for the position, the candidate must comply with all of TSA facility policy and procedures * The candidate must successfully complete all TSA training classes to become certified to teach at the TSA Academy. * TSA experience preferred but not required. The likely salary range for this position is $57,375 - $77,625. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
