Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Technician to join our team in the San Diego Metropolitan area. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $30 to $60 per hour based on experience. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of direct experience installing and servicing commercial Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion Detection Systems.
Main Responsibilities
Installation: Expertly install and service access control, CCTV, intrusion, and alarm systems from various vendors.
Electrical Work: Run low voltage cables, install data racks, conduits, and fiber optic components.
CCTV: Deploy CCTV system components in commercial settings, including both indoor and outdoor installations.
Access Control: Install electronic and magnetic strikes, door components, wire door readers, panels, and configure electrified access control for door frames.
Hand Tools and Inventory: Safely operate hand tools, maintain accurate truck inventory, and adhere to on-site safety standards.
Documentation: Enter computer program data as required, and prepare thorough documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and effective communication.
Customer Service: Maintain regular communication with the Project Coordinator, Branch Manager, and clients to ensure projects meet expectations.

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move equipment and tools weighing up to 50 lbs
