Overview

A well-established electronic security systems provider is seeking an experienced and proactive Security Project Manager to oversee commercial and high-end residential projects across Oxford and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of electronic security installation projects (CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, integrated systems)
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate site resources and subcontractors
  • Prepare project documentation including RAMS, schedules, and reports
  • Conduct site visits, progress reviews, and ensure compliance with relevant standards and safety regulations
  • Provide technical input and support to engineers and design teams
  • Track project performance using appropriate systems and tools
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project duration

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within the electronic security industry
  • Strong knowledge of CCTV, access control, and intruder detection systems
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
  • Good working knowledge of BS and NSI standards
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Relevant qualifications (Prince2, SSSTS/SMSTS, or equivalent) desirable
