Location: Livermore, CA (Onsite in the Office or at Job Sites T-Thu, Remote Monday's and Friday's)

• Travel expensed if driving to job sites.

Duration: 6-month contract-to-hire

Pay: $45-55/hour

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience in project management in physical security or fire settings
• Experience running projects from inception to close, including managing financials
• Understanding revenue, how to make deadlines while not overspending, etc.
• Technical knowledge of the physical security/fire industry to be able to communicate clearly with customers.
• Access control, CCTV, intrusion, low voltage Excel, PPT, and Outlook experience .

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Bluebeam, Bosch, DSC
• Any NICET certification
• Prior experience withing the Fire/Security industry with basic knowledge and understanding of Fire/Security systems, database structure, network configuration and analysis.

Job Description

Under general direction, acts as the on-site project leader for 10+ projects to plan, execute, and complete control systems projects with assigned customers. Performs or delegates tasks as required to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Responsible for the overall financial results of assigned projects including costs, project billings, and collections. Maintains an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results. Coordinates communication with the customer during all phases of the project. Ensures proper execution of warranty.
