We are looking for a Security Operations Team Lead to join our team.



Your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and coach a team of security analysts;
• Handle security monitoring, alerts, investigations, and incident response;
• Set up and tune SIEM and DLP tools to match our risk profile;
• Roll out and maintain the SAI360 compliance and risk platform;
• Detect, assess, and mitigate insider threats;
• Build and maintain response playbooks and escalation procedures;
• Track and report compliance with GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001:2022;
• Work closely with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams on access and identity controls;
• Drive threat hunting and proactive defense activities;
• Present regular updates to management and other stakeholders.
  
  

Essential professional experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Security, Computer Science);
• At least 3 years in a similar lead role in a SOC or Security Operations environment
• Solid, hands-on experience with:
• SIEM tools;
• DLP systems;
• Insider threat detection;
• Azure and AWS cloud security;
• Strong understanding of GDPR and ISO/IEC 27001:2022;
• Experience with identity & access management;
• Required: Familiarity with SAI360 or similar GRC platforms;
• Good communication skills and the ability to lead and collaborate across teams.
