Expected Starting Wage: $60,000 - $75,000 Salary
The Operations Manager ensures contract fulfillment for all clients, implements continuous training for the operations department, supervises and mentors the Operations team and line-level employees.
* Champions the development of Code 4's profitability; specifically, works in conjunction with the Vice President of Operations (VPO) evaluating labor hours, materials, and equipment costs for all contracts and strives for high profitability.??
* Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team assessing security needs during the property walk-through when a new project starts, gain overall project vision, define client needs, and develop a plan in conjunction with BD to address these needs.??
* Works with the VPO to provide vehicles, equipment, and uniforms to fulfill contract obligations.
* Manage Field Supervisors and security officers providing directions in a professional and timely manner.
* Ensure all site information, schedules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are correct and complete in scheduling software.
* Monitor service tickets daily addressing and/or assigning to team members for completion.
* Addresses escalated issues that arise on job sites and takes appropriate action to attain resolution.
* Provide accountability to the Operations Team and line-level employees on processes and procedures.
* Collaborate with HR, addressing staffing needs and conducting candidate interviews.
* Identifies employees who have Lead and/or Supervisory potential.
* Complete Annual Performance Reviews (APR) for Leads and Security Officers.
* Ensure hours worked are approved in the scheduling software by close of business each Monday.
* Collaborate with the Executive team to develop and implement a training strategy for all levels of Security Officers.
* Influence company culture by modeling desired behavior and empowering employees.?
Requirements
* Experience: A minimum of eight (5) years of progressive experience in management, operations, criminal justice, or a related business field. (Equivalent education may be considered in lieu of experience.)
* Organizational Acumen: Demonstrated expertise in organization, strategic planning, and prioritization.
* Analytical Proficiency: Proven ability to apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills to complex situations.
* Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly and effectively.
* Leadership Capabilities: Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
* Operational Management: Proven capacity to effectively manage daily workflows and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, scheduling software, and budgeting tools.
