Cybersecurity Network Architect – Logistics Systems & Infrastructure

Your Mission

• Act as the architect behind the cybersecurity and network design supporting a global logistics operation, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure connectivity across physical and digital environments.
• Architect end-to-end security solutions tailored to a logistics context, balancing enterprise IT needs with the specific demands of operational technology (OT) systems like warehouse control networks and automated handling systems.
• Define and evolve the organization’s network security blueprint, incorporating segmentation, redundancy, and policy enforcement to safeguard both core systems and on-site operations.
• Lead architecture workstreams in collaboration with external security providers and the SOC, aligning all initiatives to enterprise risk management and industry frameworks.
• Standardize OT security architecture across warehouses and logistics centers, promoting resilience and interoperability between legacy and modern systems.
• Continuously assess and refine existing security layers—especially around Fortinet and Cisco platforms—to ensure high availability and protection in dynamic environments.
• Own the architectural aspects of risk management: perform impact analyses, define mitigation strategies, and embed resilience into network and security design.
• Translate security strategy into technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guidelines to support operations and compliance.

Your Profile

• Extensive experience in designing and leading enterprise-level network and security architectures, ideally in the logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong background in collaborating with external partners (e.g., SOCs, MSSPs) to execute multi-site security strategies and maintain alignment with operational priorities.
• Technical expertise in network design, segmentation models, and security architecture, including applied knowledge of Fortigate Firewalls and Cisco switching infrastructure.
• Experience defining and applying OT network security standards, with understanding of site-level challenges such as device isolation, downtime constraints, and legacy systems.
• Analytical and structured thinker, with the ability to assess threats and design proactive, cost-effective countermeasures.
• Capable of producing architectural documentation and leading technical discussions across both IT and OT stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent preferred.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to work across international teams and non-technical audiences.
