Responsibilities:
Assist the Security Manager to oversee and monitor daily operation of designated Data Centre(s)
Oversee the execution of access control / key systems / visitor and contractor registration as well as all other security related systems are in accordance with the company policies, procedures, standards as well as applicable laws
Liaise with tenants and handle tenants' enquiries and complaints
Prepare routine daily and incident reports
Responsible for building management related matters and emergency incidents and keep Security / Senior Manager informed when necessary
Prepare appraisal for front-line team members
Requirements:
Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit & QAS certificate, first aid certificate is an advantage
Matriculated or above with background in disciplinary work force is preferred
Minimum 5 years or above working experience in security / customer service industry, in which 3 years' at managerial level
Able to work independently, strong leadership, well-disciplined and good communication skills
Good PC skills, e.g. MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Good command of Chinese and English
