GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Tyonek is seeking applications for a Security Manager to perform duties in support of the Air Force's Offensive Cyber Operations Formal Training Unit
DUTIES
* Implement, develop, and sustain multi-disciplined security support to customer personnel and facilities, encompassing Collateral, SCI, and SAP activities
* Conduct classification reviews of official government records prior to publication or addition to official files
* Manage the reproduction, processing, and accountability of classified materials, including inbound/outbound mail and associated records
* Maintain document accountability databases, associated correspondence, and manage magnetic media
* Process inbound and outbound security file transfers, security clearance indoctrinations/debriefings
* Generate and update Fixed Facility Checklists and TEMPEST Addendums
* Research, process, file, and maintain inbound and outbound visit notices
* Issue and account for entry credentials; escort facility visitors and assist in the preparation of facility access control badges
* Conduct entry and exit inspections; assist in the maintenance of facility access control entry systems, including visitor control
* Perform data entry to the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and subsequent systems; retrieve/process Supplemental Information Requests (SIR), Requests For Action (RFA) and Customer Service Request (CSR)
* Generate, implement, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
* Develop and implement a security education, training, and awareness program
* Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities with government personnel and contractors
* Transport classified material via mail services and/or courier programs; prepare and process classified packages for shipping
* Maintain accurate personnel access information in DISS and perform indoctrinations
* Participate in Air Force SAP security compliance inspections
* Implement Top Secret Control for accountable material and associated correspondence
* Prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility; execute Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires
* Identify security clearance requirements against unit manning authorizations; conduct National Background Investigations Services (NBIS) processing (or subsequent system) and SAPNP reviews
* Maintain a working relationship with Unit Registrar and Course Support personnel to ensure standardized student enrollment, in/out processing, and provide daily security support
* Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
* A minimum of an associate's degree and 8+ years' experience in or working with the military
* 5+ years' experience working with the Defense Information for System Security (DISS) experience and classification markings
* Top Secret Clearance/SCI required
