Job Summary:

1. This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a high energy team of security administrators responsible for managing global security infrastructure.
2. This position is to be part of a global team, reporting to the Security Delivery Manager in Gurgaon.

Technical Skills:

1. 4-6 years of experience endpoint security administration experience (on prim & SAAS) in an environment of more than 1000 servers, more than 1000 users and good knowledge on Windows and Linux operating systems etc.
2. Design, implement, and manage endpoint security solutions, including antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
3. Monitor network and endpoint security systems to detect and respond to security incidents.
4. Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security weaknesses.
5. Ensure that endpoint security systems are configured and maintained in accordance with security best practices and industry standards.
6. Collaborate with network and systems administrators to ensure that endpoint security solutions are integrated into the organization’s overall security posture.
7. Research and evaluate new security technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
8. Develop and implement security policies and procedures for end-users, including guidelines for password management, email security, and the use of portable devices.
9. Provide training and support to end-users on how to use endpoint security solutions effectively.
10. Respond to security incidents and participate in incident response efforts as required.
11. Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and developments and maintain a high level of technical expertise in the field of endpoint security.
12. Familiarity with incident response techniques, intrusion prevention systems, information security methodologies, authentication protocols and different IT Security threat mechanisms.
13. Knowledge of IT Security Standards (ISMS / ISO 27001, PCI-DSS etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Endpoint security solution configuration, responsible for creating, maintaining and monitor the policies and onboarding process.
2. Responsible for application integrations, manage Failover-Failback procedures.
3. Work with other support groups to resolve issues related to endpoint on prim infrastructure.
4. Good knowledge – EDR/XDR and logs reading etc.
5. Coordinate with vendor in troubleshooting issues and complete the new requirements.
6. Staying compliant with regulations: Many organizations are subject to a variety of regulations, such as HIPAA or PCI-DSS or as per client and Endpoint Security Engineers must ensure that their security solutions are compliant with these regulations.
7. Keeping up with the constantly evolving threat landscape: New security threats are emerging daily. Endpoint Security Engineers must stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends to ensure they can effectively protect their organization’s networks and systems.
8. Managing complex security systems: Endpoint security solutions are complex, and Endpoint Security Engineers must have a thorough understanding of these systems in order to effectively manage and maintain them.

Technical Experience:

1. Strong knowledge of Antivirus/EDR/HIPS/XDR etc.
2. Strong knowledge of security principles, standards, and techniques
3. Experience in atleast one of Industry Leading EDR/XDR solution like Crowdstrike, SentinelOne, Trend Micro or PaloAlto etc.
4. Certification in EDR/AV Solution in MUST (OEM Certification)
