Responsibilities:
Responsible for all customer service activities in our distinctive properties
Handling for general enquires and registration for external visitors
Control, monitor, evaluate and review the security services to ensure the services delivered meet the contract requirements and expectations
Qualifications:
Form 5 graduation above academic qualification
At least 3 years in supervisory level
Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
Fluent in Cantonese, proficient in reading and writing in Chinese and English
Familiar with basic computer skills and MS office applications
