Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting opportunity for a
Security Management Professional supporting the NC3 Contract, specifically the NCO Division within the AFNWC/NC3 Integration Directorate at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
This position provides multi-disciplinary day-to-day support to the Department of the Air Force Security Enterprise, integrating personnel, industrial, and information security with acquisition security and Special Access Programs (SAPs), counter-insider threat (C-InT), and education/training support. The role aligns with OPSEC, CI, SCI, foreign disclosure, export control, and force protection functions.
Responsibilities
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.
Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
- Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence
- Process and maintain accountability for classified mail, destruction records, magnetic media, and reproduction of classified materials
- Manage document accountability database and related correspondence
- Maintain daily logs and databases for document and access control tracking
- Support electronic data file transfers and maintain customer contact listings
- Process inbound/outbound visit notices and escort facility visitors
- Maintain access control systems, prepare facility badges, and conduct entry/exit inspections
- Enter and maintain data in Personnel Access Security System (PASS) and Joint Access Database Environment (JADE)
- Support Top Secret control measures and track accountable materials
- Prepare, process, and review Program Access Requests (PARs) and Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires (SAPNP)
- Conduct Defense Information System for Security (DISS) checks
- Support and enforce security SOPs, education, and awareness programs
- Perform indoctrinations and assist with Air Force SAP compliance inspections
- Provide administrative support to the security team and Senior Security Representative
Qualifications
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
Minimum Required Qualifications
Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Education: BA/BS Degree
Years of Experience: 3–10 years of experience working within personnel, information, or industrial security programs, including SAP or SCI environments
Technical Skills
- Experience with DISS, JADE, PASS, and SAPNP systems
- Strong working knowledge of DoD security policies, directives, and SAP procedures
- Familiarity with classification management, access control, and visit authorization processes
- Proficiency with document control and handling of sensitive/Top Secret materials
Interpersonal Skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and recordkeeping skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to follow procedures and enforce compliance
