Introduction

For the sector Customer Solutions and Support (CS&S), covering our Sales and Customer Support organization, we are looking for a Security Line Manager to enable our security experts to further strengthen our ability to cover information security.

Role and Responsibilities

You are an excellent people manager with knowledge of information security and ability to connect to (senior) stakeholders. Within the CS&S Security & Risk Management group you will be responsible for embedding information security by covering security inquires and your ability to inspire people to embrace security in their day to day activities. A big part of this is driving the adoption of the CS&S security program and ensure ASML wide security priorities are covered. Central to your role as line manager is your insight into different skill sets, development areas and motivational factors towards each professional that is in your team.

Job Description

• Support in building and shaping the vision, strategy and roadmap of the CS&S Security & Risk Management team with the specific focus on the security expert team.
• Support your team with their personal and professional development as well as providing career coaching to your employees.
• Collaborate and support our business stakeholders on information security inquiries and embedding information security in the 1st line, which includes getting senior management buy-in.
• Coordinate our security program and drive the adoption and execution of ASML security priorities in the sector CS&S.
• Secure operational excellence and continuous improvement for our security domains in alignment with the key principles of the organization (challenge, collaborate, care).
• Communicate and collaborate with ASMLs account teams, and if needed directly with our customers, on security inquiries from our customers and topics relevant for them.
• Has a deep understanding of stakeholder and organizational dynamics, which allows to navigate in a complex stakeholder environments.
  
  

Education

• Master degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Information security risk management qualifications like CISSP, CISA, CRISC or CISM.
  
  

Skills

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in (information security) risk management.
• Experience with coordinating (information security) projects in cooperation with the business.
• Experience in managing a team of professionals in an international company.
• Proven track record in security at strategic and tactical level.
• Experience in stakeholder management & communicating with senior management.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with the proven ability to drive results.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
  
  

Context of the position

As Security Line Manager you are part of the Security & Risk Management CS&S department and will report to the Sector Security Risk Manager.

You will be based in Veldhoven, the Netherlands. You will be a member of the ASML Security community; working closely together with the security risk management teams in other sectors and the 2nd line security competence teams.
