Arculus Global LLC, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Lobby Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and safe environment for our clients and visitors. Position: Security Officer Location: Old Fourth Ward, Atlanta GA Salary: $14-15 per hour Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities:  Maintain a visible presence and monitor all activities within the lobby area to ensure security and safety.  Control access to the premises, screen visitors, and enforce proper identification protocols.  Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the lobby area and building to identify and address any security concerns or potential risks.  Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, emergencies, or other situations that may arise.  Provide guidance and training to security staff, ensuring their compliance with procedures and regulations.  Collaborate with management and other departments to maintain a cohesive security program.  Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports on security-related incidents or activities.  Stay updated on industry trends, security technologies, and best practices. Qualifications:  Minimum of 2 years of experience in security related field.  Strong knowledge of security principles, practices, and procedures.  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and staff.  Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle security incidents or emergencies with professionalism.  Proficiency in using security equipment and systems.  High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in security or law enforcement are a plus.  Must have a valid security license/certification as required by local regulations.  Physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
