Job Description Provides and Maintains Network Security Services for FIS Networks Perform Additions, Changes, and Deletes in Firewalls as Required by the Business on Check Point and Cisco ASA Security Appliances Assists with Troubleshooting Network Connectivity as it Relates to Firewalls and Routing Utilizes Case Management System (CMS) Ticketing System, Documents Status Updates, and Problem Resolutions Qualifications Must have Experience with Check Point and Cisco Security Devices Must have Networking/Firewall Background Must have Networking TCP/IP Routing Experience Minimum 2-Year Associates Degree in Technical Field Required (or Equivalent Experience) UNIX System Admin or Windows Server Experience is a Plus but Not Required Must have Experience with Symantec Management General Duties and Responsibilities Follows Documented Network Services Processes and Procedures Performs Customer Service Duties and Responds to Customer Requests as Defined by Management Responds to Customer Requests as Defined by Management Completes Assignments in a Timely Manner with an Acceptable Level of Quality Troubleshoots Firewall and Network Problems Maintains Firewall and Network Services Documentation Related to Work Area Completes Network Change Requests in Accordance with Service Level Agreements Maintains Network Lab and Equipment Inventory Other Related Duties Assigned as Needed
