Security Engineer II (DLP)

Exp: 6-9 Years

Location: Gurgaon (WFO)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Run DLP program at Nykaa - Holistically encompassing various aspects related to People, Process and Technology in a proactive manner with a prevention mindset for end points, cloud, mobile
2. DLP Policy Management - Create, review, refine DLP rules and policies in line with business, regulatory and evolving data security risks via web/endpoints/CASB /gsuite/email/cloud storage/website/Mobile Device Management (MDM)
3. DLP Incident Analysis and reporting - Monitor, analyse DLP alerts / policy violations generated by DLP systems and reporting for further investigation to identify RCA, remediation action and publish dashboards
4. Risk identification and mitigation - Identify DLP trends, patterns and proactively recommend improvements to policies and processes
5. Continuous Improvement & Optimization - Collaborate with security team, stakeholders (IT/Legal/Tech), vendors to assess effectiveness of DLP program, proposing enhancements and ensure overall organizational data protection incorporating new technologies through AI/ML in DLP program to reduce / minimize manual intervention to review events and release emails
6. Review exception approval provided on periodic basis
7. Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) - Manage / Assist ZTNA including architecture solution, roll out, implementation of device posture
8. Network Security - Applying networking concepts to secure data transfer and protect sensitive information

Skills Required:

1. DLP SME - Proven hands on experience in managing DLP program independently
2. Knowledge of managing, implementing various security tools and technologies DLP solutions like Netskope, mimecast, Zscaler, Proofpoint etc & MDM solutions (VMware etc.).Beyond DLP solutions involving SIEM systems, web proxies required as well.
3. Hands on EDR/XDR will be an added advantage
4. Experience in maintaining various metrics and SLAs
5. Problem Solving - A proactive approach to identifying and addressing gaps in policies, process and technology
6. Attention to detail - Ability to work with precision, accuracy, reviewing policies and preparing reports & dashboards
7. Collaborate - Ability to collaborate both within and outside the team
