Summary

As a Security Coordinator III, you will be responsible for facilitating administrative security processes to include incoming visitor coordination, badging activities, and other general front desk security customer service activities. You'll help coordinate visit parameters and requirements between hosts and their customers from multiple levels of leadership. You will interact with program leadership ensuring security requirements are always considered while doing your best to ensure the entry and visitation process is as customer focused as it can be. In addition, your position will be key toward implementation of security practices to maintain compliance with facility security regulations. This role is standing as the first person from our company visitors will interact with. It is imperative you understand the importance of a customer first focus and being the personification of our SNC culture, values, and beliefs.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 4 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
  • Must have extensive knowledge of administrative practices, to include clerical duties, data management, and the utilization of various office equipment.
  • Demonstrable experience with CCure, Avigilon, and VMS or similar tools.
  • Must have experience with maintaining a secured facility, or working in a military or Department of Defense environment.
  • Professional demeanor and excellent communications skills required, including the ability to manage a multi-line phone system.
  • Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and have the ability to multi-task in a very fast paced-environment.
  • Must be able to develop solutions to a variety of complex problems, and have experience in the creation and execution of projects and goals.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with Microsoft collaboration tools such as Teams and SharePoint
  • Experience with Security and Safety protocols
  • Experience with Concur Travel and Expense platform or other travel management system

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $25.24 - $34.71. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance for employment. Non-U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance. The Department of Defense Consolidated Adjudications Facility (DoD CAF), a federal government agency, handles the adjudicative aspects of the security clearance eligibility process for industry applicants. Adjudicative factors which affect the outcome of the eligibility determination include, but are not limited to, allegiance to the U.S., foreign influence, foreign preference, criminal conduct, security violations and illegal drug use.
