Job Title: Global IT Security Awareness Specialist

Duration -permanent

Hybrid - 3 days work from office


Responsibilities of the Global IT Security Awareness Specialist

Awareness program responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Security Awareness Program: Ensure the program is up-to-date and effective in promoting security awareness and behaviour change across the organization.
  • Develop and Maintain the Awareness & Training Policy: Create and update policies to guide security awareness and training initiatives that mitigate identified cyber risk.
  • Perform Phishing Test Campaigns: Conduct regular phishing simulations to assess and improve employee awareness and response.
  • Organize Security Awareness Training: Plan and manage security awareness trainings, including annual role-based training, remedial training, and onboarding training.
  • Manage Cyber Security @client on Viva Engage: Oversee the group's activities and ensure relevant content is shared.
  • Create Content on Security Topics: Develop engaging materials such as newsletters, blog posts, infographics, posters, and micro-videos.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with legal, privacy, EUS, and other departments to ensure cohesive security initiatives.
  • Post Announcements for Security Awareness Program: Communicate updates, initiatives and changes from the Global Security Team.
  • Maintain the SharePoint Site for Global IT Security & Security Awareness: Ensure the site is current and a valuable resource for employees to find information about cyber security.
  • Drive Key Success Metrics: Track and report on training completion, phishing click rates, report rates, and develop new metrics that help measure the security awareness program effectiveness.
  • Perform Security Culture & Knowledge Assessments: Evaluate the organization's security culture and knowledge through assessments on an annual basis.
  • Organize Workshops on Security Topics: Plan and facilitate workshops to deepen understanding of security issues for general associates and for specific groups or departments.
  • Manage the Security Awareness Mailbox: Respond to inquiries and provide support related to security awareness.
  • Support Local Stakeholders: Assist with local security workshops, webinars, and other initiatives.
  • Maintain Relationships with Security Awareness Vendors: Manage vendor contracts, renewals, and conduct market comparisons.
  • Functional Admin in SuccessFactors LMS: Upload and organize e-learnings, and collaborate with key stakeholders.
  • Respond to Emerging Topics: Address new security issues and communicate them effectively and timely.
