Summary

Are you ready to fly with us? We are looking for a Security Architect to play a key role in ensuring the security of our IT systems and infrastructure.

This is a high-level, strategic position that requires deep expertise in security architecture, risk management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will proactively define, implement, and oversee security measures while collaborating with various teams to drive best practices in vulnerability management.


Key responsibilities:

  • Serve as a security expert, ensuring compliance with security policies and frameworks.
  • Define and implement security processes that align with Risk Owner objectives, ensuring their practical application.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and the enterprise security organization, facilitating effective information exchange.
  • Prioritize and oversee vulnerability management, ensuring risk-based decision-making.
  • Drive the adoption of automated security patching and other key security initiatives.
  • Provide strategic security guidance, ensuring that security considerations are integrated into architecture and design decisions.
  • Establish lean security processes that balance efficiency with risk mitigation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across multiple divisions and products to develop security roadmaps, policies, and frameworks that align with business goals.
  • Regularly report on security progress, challenges, and successes to leadership and key stakeholders.


Required skills & experience:

  • Extensive experience in IT security architecture and risk management.
  • Strong background in vulnerability management and security compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with security automation, patch management, and secure coding best practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of security methodologies, including threat modeling, attack vectors, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to translate complex security concepts into actionable business strategies.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
