We are seeking an experienced Information Security Analyst with strong technical writing skills to support the formalization of governance and cybersecurity processes in line with the latest European legislation and cybersecurity standards. The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, process documentation, and tool configuration support. The mission is expected to extend over a year, with the potential for long-term collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• You will assess the current cybersecurity governance landscape by analyzing existing policies, procedures, and controls both internally and from external providers. This includes identifying documentation gaps, conducting interviews with key stakeholders, and understanding the organization`s strategic objectives in information security.
• You will lead the formalization and consolidation of security-related processes and documentation, ensuring alignment with frameworks such as CyFun (Essential) and standards like ISO 27001, 27002, 27004, and 27005. You’ll ensure clarity, consistency, and standardization across all materials.
• You will participate in the selection, configuration, and implementation of a documentation management tool (e.g., CISO Assistant), defining the necessary content structure and ensuring that the tool aligns with operational and governance needs.
• You will identify, write, complete, and maintain essential deliverables, including security policies, operational procedures, and control frameworks. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accuracy, structure, and readability of all documentation, adapting content to various audiences.
• You will establish a sustainable process for maintaining and updating documentation, embedding it into existing workflows and ensuring the long-term consistency and usability of security governance materials.
• You will facilitate knowledge transfer and collaboration by training internal teams on tools and processes, working with internal audit for validation, and coordinating with internal experts and external providers to ensure the success of the mission.
  
  
  

You have the following skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

• You have a university degree or equivalent experience, with a strong technical background in IT security and systems engineering.
• You have several years of experience in similar roles, particularly in formalizing cybersecurity processes and writing technical documentation.
• You have a solid understanding of the CyFun cybersecurity framework, or are ready to quickly become proficient with it.
• You have in-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 27001, 27002, 27004, and 27005.
• You have excellent writing skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely, organize complex information, adapt content to different audiences, and use professional documentation tools effectively.
• You have strong analytical and synthesis capabilities, allowing you to process large amounts of information and extract what matters most.
• You have the ability to work independently and manage your time effectively, organizing interviews, gathering input, and meeting project objectives without constant supervision.
• You have a collaborative mindset, are open to feedback, and work effectively in multidisciplinary and cross-functional teams.
