Description
In this role, you will:
Provide general office support and assistance
Answer phones, screen and redirect calls
Provide information to telephone and reception staff
Verify and enter data
Prepare correspondence
File documents and e-mails
Order office supplies
Prepare contracts, purchase orders, etc.
Open and update files
Open and distribute mail and e-mails
All other related tasks
Requested skills
Good knowledge of the Office suite
Excellent written and spoken knowledge of the French language
Good knowledge of English (an asset)
Good teamwork skills
