Job Title: Second Shift Superintendent – Class A Office TI

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site second shift construction activities for commercial TI projects.
• Coordinate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless handoffs and schedule continuity.
• Maintain excellent working relationships with property managers, tenants, and building staff.
• Manage subcontractors, enforce safety protocols, and ensure quality control.
• Provide daily updates and maintain detailed documentation and site reports.
• Serve as the face of the company after hours—always courteous, polished, and solutions-oriented.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on high-end commercial TI projects, preferably in Class A office buildings.
• Proven ability to manage occupied space renovations with minimal disruption.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; polished public presentation is a must.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
