Responsibilities

Kforce's client in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a SEC Reporting Manager. This role offers a hybrid schedule, competitive salary + bonus, and comprehensive benefits package. This is an excellent stable company that is in growth mode and has a great mission! Responsibilities include:

  • SEC Reporting Manager will assist in preparing quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, with a focus on Statements of Equity and Cash Flows
  • Maintain and report share-based equity compensation, prepare workpapers and footnote support for equity, earnings per share, and consolidation, and research complex transactions such as leasing, asset acquisitions, and dispositions
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, assist in developing and implementing new accounting policies and internal controls, and benchmark disclosures against industry peers
  • As a SEC Reporting Manager, you will track and assess new accounting pronouncements, compile key financial metrics (FFO, EBITDA, NOI), and perform various ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making
  • Manage the SEC Accounting Specialist, providing guidance and training, while effectively handling multiple projects and special assignments in a deadline-driven environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years from public or industry and have hands on SEC knowledge

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
