Role Overview:


This is a full-time hybrid role for a SEO Strategist/ Specialist located in Taguig. In this role, you will manage SEO for three publishing websites, corporate websites, and at least three client websites. Ensure that key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, and that website performance is consistently improving. Optimize and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct keyword research to identify valuable opportunities.
  • Optimize content, meta tags, and headings for on-page SEO.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to resolve ranking issues.
  • Enhance site speed and mobile optimization.
  • Execute link-building and outreach for off-page SEO.
  • Analyze traffic and user behavior with Google Analytics and Search Console.
  • Track and report KPIs to measure SEO success.
  • Collaborate with teams to align SEO with business goals.
  • Oversee SEO/SEM for multiple websites, ensuring consistent performance improvements.
  • Optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
  • Develop SEM strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Craft compelling ad copy and test various formats.
  • Manage budgets and adjust bids for optimal placements.
  • Perform A/B tests to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationships.
  • Stay updated with SEO/SEM trends and competitors' strategies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SEO/SEM issues.
  • Provide monthly reports and insights to clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as an SEO Strategist, Specialist, or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO/SEM tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google My Business, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website administration.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO/SEM.
