We are a local property management company specializing in renting self storage units at different locations in the United States.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SEO and Google Ads Specialist to help optimize our online presence, drive traffic to our website, and increase customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in search engine optimization and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, particularly with Google Ads.


Key Responsibilities:


  • SEO Strategy and Implementation:
  • Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for organic traffic growth.
  • Optimize website content, meta tags, images, and URLs for search engines.
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
  • Stay updated with SEO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.


  • Google Ads Campaign Management:
  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads
  • Write compelling ad copy and design effective ad creatives
  • Perform ongoing keyword analysis and bid adjustments to maximize ROI
  • Track and report campaign performance metrics, such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rates
  • Implement A/B testing to optimize ad performance


  • Local SEO:
  • Optimize Google My Business profile and other local listings
  • Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across directories
  • Implement strategies to enhance local search visibility and attract nearby customers


  • Content Updating:
  • Update websites with new content and blog posts
  • Update social platforms with new content


  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to manager
  • Make data-driven recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO and Google Ads campaign management.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads Manager, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with local SEO strategies is a plus.
  • Certifications in Google Ads or SEO are a bonus.
