KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. BRAND MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION
● Ensures that all published digital content adheres to the branding guidelines provided by the Corporate Communications Department of Vista Land.
● Maintains consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all SEO materials.
B. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT
● Assists in updating and maintaining Vista Land housing brands’ official websites, ensuring optimized content, functionality, and design structure.
● Implements SEO strategies through proper keyword usage, meta tag optimization, and link building.
● Uses digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Console, SEMrush, Hotjar, and Screaming Frog to monitor and report website performance.
● Supports A/B and multivariate testing initiatives to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
C. STRATEGY, ANALYTICS, AND INNOVATION
● Collects and analyze performance data from digital platforms to support SEO and digital marketing strategies.
● Applies insights from analytics to suggest improvements in page performance and campaign execution.
● Assists in the management of online platforms such as the Online Reservation Portal, Online Appointment System, CRM, and Sellers Portal to ensure up-to-date SEO standards.
D. SUPPORT DUTIES
● Coordinates with SEO writers and developers to ensure technical SEO implementation.
● Collaborates with internal departments and external consultants as required.
● Provides general administrative support related to SEO documentation and performance reports.
● Other tasks as may be assigned by the SEO Lead or Department Head.
QUALIFICATIONS
Educational Attainment:
● BS/BA Degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent field.
Experience:
● At least one (1) year of relevant experience in digital marketing, content management, or SEO.
Technical Skills:
● Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
● Proficient in using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms.
● Familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress and Statamic.
