About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist with experience in medical marketing and branding. The ideal candidate will analyze, review, and optimize websites to improve visibility on major search engines. This role requires expertise in Google Maps listings, competitive analysis, backlink enhancement, and content optimization. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive audits of client websites and identify areas for SEO improvement.
• Optimize Google Maps listings and maintain other online directory listings.
• Continuously monitor and compare SEO performance against competitors.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Enhance backlink profiles and optimize content to align with SEO best practices.
• Prepare and present detailed SEO strategy reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Create, manage, and track the performance of SEO campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of technical SEO experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Proven experience with medical marketing and branding.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and deliver actionable insights.
• In-depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
• Expertise in local SEO strategies, including Google My Business optimization.
• Knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experience in content marketing and digital advertising.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices in healthcare marketing.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or SEO-specific programs.
