Summary

Key Responsibilities:


1. Video Marketing Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement YouTube and TikTok promotion strategies from scratch, specifically tailored to the Philippine market.
  • Identify and create targeted video content for our fintech products, ensuring video campaigns align with business objectives and drive applications for loans.
  • Analyze competitors and market trends to ensure video campaigns are competitive and innovative.


2. Content Creation and Production:

  • Develop video scripts, concepts, and instructions for video production to create both serious, high-quality content and scalable, mass content through AI tools.
  • Collaborate with bloggers, speakers, and influencers for video collaborations, ensuring that their content aligns with the brand voice and goals.
  • Oversee video production processes, including simple editing, visual structuring, and the management of external contractors for video content creation.


3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Optimize video content for YouTube and TikTok, focusing on improving organic search visibility, ranking, and audience engagement.
  • Perform detailed keyword research for video content to ensure it reaches the target audience through both search engine algorithms and platform-specific recommendations.
  • Work with technical teams to ensure optimal video titles, descriptions, tags, and metadata for all video uploads to maximize SEO potential.


4. Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Use tools such as YouTube Analytics, TikTok Insights, and third-party SEO tools to track and analyze video performance (views, engagement rates, CTR, conversions).
  • Provide regular reporting on key metrics, such as video performance, organic traffic growth, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Adjust and optimize video strategies based on performance data and insights to continuously improve the outcomes of video campaigns.


5. Creative Visuals and Branding:

  • Work with design teams to create eye-catching covers, thumbnails, and visuals that align with branding and attract viewers to video content.
  • Ensure technical requirements for covers and video aesthetics are met for consistency and optimization across platforms.


6. Collaboration & Moderation:

  • Collaborate closely with the local SMM (Social Media Manager) and other marketing teams to ensure content promotion strategies are aligned and that social channels support video efforts.
  • Participate in moderating and engaging with comments and feedback on video content, ensuring active and positive community engagement.


7. Continuous Testing & Optimization:

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and experiment with new video formats, SEO tactics, and promotional strategies to drive engagement and conversion.
  • Use A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to improve video content performance and reach.


Key Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in YouTube and TikTok promotion, SEO, or video marketing, with a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions.
  • Deep understanding of video content optimization, including SEO for YouTube and TikTok.
  • Familiarity with AI video content creation tools and the ability to produce mass content efficiently.
  • Basic video editing skills and knowledge of video production, from scriptwriting to post-production (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
  • Strong ability to analyze and track SEO performance through third-party services (Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • A good understanding of marketing and business metrics (CTR, conversion rates, ROI, etc.) and how they relate to video content.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with influencers or content creators for video collaborations is a plus.
