About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated SEO Manager to join our team, focusing entirely on one of our key clients. In this role, you’ll identify SEO opportunities, collaborate with our client’s development, content, and marketing teams, and work hands-on to implement strategies that elevate their organic search performance. You will be responsible for identifying content gaps, crafting content strategies, conducting SEO audits, defining SEO roadmaps, and submitting developer tickets to address technical SEO needs. This is a unique opportunity to partner closely with an ambitious, high-growth client and contribute to their long-term SEO success.


Responsibilities:

  • Identify site opportunities and potential limitations impacting organic search performance of the client’s website
  • Conduct SEO audits to identify opportunities and risks
  • Prioritize SEO initiatives and work hands-on with companies to implement
  • Analyze ranking and crawl data to identify SEO opportunities, risks, and ongoing site improvements
  • Work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including, product, engineering, marketing, and content partners
  • Provide content recommendations and identify new content topics
  • Keyword and competitor analysis
  • Perform site crawls to identify opportunities, errors, and site progress
  • Stay up to date with current SEO trends
  • SEO performance reporting and monitoring


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO
  • Experience working with websites over 100,000 pages
  • Strong ability to identify content opportunities and develop content strategies
  • Technical SEO experience, including internal linking optimization, schema markup, CWV, and indexation health
  • Experience in SEO tools such as: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, rank tracking tools (like SEMrush), crawlers (like Screamingfrog)
  • Excellent communication skills and English language skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets
  • Self-motivated and an action-oriented
