About the role:


Role typically involves assisting in SEO strategy development, conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and monitoring SEO performance, while also staying updated on industry trends.

Here's a more detailed breakdown of common responsibilities and requirements for an SEO Intern role:


PS: This is contractual role and we are looking for people who are open to get on contract for 9 months with us


Key Responsibilities:

  • Keyword Research: Assist in identifying relevant keywords and phrases for target audiences.
  • On-Page Optimization: Help optimize website content, meta descriptions, and internal linking for search engines.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the development of SEO-friendly content, including blog posts, articles, and website copy.
  • Link Building: Assist in identifying and building high-quality backlinks to improve website authority.
  • SEO Audits: Conduct technical SEO audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor SEO campaign performance, track rankings, and analyze traffic data.
  • Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor SEO strategies.
  • Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest SEO trends and best practices.
  • Reporting: Assist in creating reports on SEO performance and recommendations.


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Good communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Basic computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
  • Interest in digital marketing and SEO: A passion for learning about search engine optimization.
  • Attention to detail: Ability to work accurately and thoroughly.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively: Capacity to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and/or WordPress (preferred): Familiarity with these technologies can be beneficial.
  • Experience with SEO tools (preferred): Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
